RLISYS to OfficeMate Data Conversions
On April 1, 2006, RLISYS Practice Solutions was acquired by OfficeMate Software Solutions, the software division of Marchon Eyewear (read press release here). This acquisition reinforces and further demonstrates OfficeMate’s commitment to the eyecare software industry. With RLISYS, OfficeMate Software Solutions extends its leadership in the eyecare software industry with over 8,500 offices using our practice management and electronic health records software solutions.
If you elect to convert data from your RLISYS software program into OfficeMate, OfficeMate Software Solutions will provide convenient and cost-effective data conversion services to help your office transition smoothly from RLISYS to OfficeMate.
We have developed a few options and payment programs to facilitate converting your existing RLISYS license to OfficeMate and/or ExamWRITER. We are experiencing a high demand for RLISYS conversions and consequently these will be performed on a “first come, first serve” pre-appointment basis.
Our conversion specialists have over 20 years of industry experience and have converted over one thousand third party and custom programs. Our standard conversions involve converting patient demographics including information such as name, address, city, state, zip code, phone numbers, social security number, and last exam date. If you require that additional areas be converted, we will outline your options for you.
Once the conversion agreement is completed and returned to OfficeMate Software Solutions, we will schedule a conversion date with you. On your conversion date, we will access your data via the Internet, extract it, and convert it into OfficeMate.
Concurrent to your data conversion you will receive your OfficeMate practice management software and attend your OSSU orientation class. Once you receive your software you can begin entering data into your set-ups as outlined in our Conversion Packet.
Once the data conversion is completed, we will, once again via the Internet, download the data directly into your system, and you can begin to fully use your OfficeMate practice management software.
