OfficeMate & ExamWRITER Educational Conferences

OfficeMate Software Solutions will be taking the show on the road! We're conducting educational conferences in conjunction with major eyecare conferences.

We recognize the importance of empowering our clients to use every facet of their software. For this reason, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive education programs in several locations throughout the United States .These courses are designed for both doctors and staff who have been using OfficeMate and/or ExamWRITER for six months to several years and have a fundamental knowledge of the programs. OfficeMate practice management courses provide solutions for real-life, everyday challenges, such as marketing, billing, and inventory control. ExamWRITER electronic medical records courses address documentation guidelines, patient flow, creating templates, and the outlook of today's technology integrated practice.

Registration for each of these one-day education and training courses is $350 per seat and includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and course materials.

Save Money: There is a 20% discount on registration fees for each additional seat purchased by the same practice.

Save More Money: Buy one seat and send a different employee to each course within a track.
For example, if you purchase one seat, Joe can attend the Track 2 course offered in the morning and Sally can attend the Track 2 course offered in the afternoon, allowing you to expand the knowledge of your staff within their diverse areas of expertise without having to pay for two full classes.

Our intensive seminars are generally held the day before major eyecare conventions. We're currently finalizing our 2008 calendar, but you can expect to see us at the following shows. Further details are posted as they become available.

Course Itinerary

Our educational courses are offered in tracks. Some tracks are offered concurrently and others are offered in tandem, enabling you to send one staff member to learn about the front office in the morning and send another staff member to learn about the back office in the afternoon. This tag-team learning allows you to expand the knowledge of your staff within the areas of their diverse areas of expertise without having to pay for two full classes.
