Trouble Logging In?

If you have trouble logging in, do not call Client Services. Our Client Services Representatives do not have access to your online account information. Use the following table to troubleshoot log in issues.

Problem Solution Details
I forgot my Username. Enter the practice phone number.
Your Username is the phone number of the licensed office.
  1. Open OfficeMate.
  2. Click Setup.
  3. Select Business Names.
    Your phone number appears on the Business tab.
I forgot my Password. Click the Forgot Password link o the Login page.
  1. On the Login page, click Forgot Password.
  2. Type the phone number of the licensed office.
  3. Click Get Password.
    A page displays confirming that your Username and Password were sent to you by e-mail and to which e-mail address the information was sent.
I clicked the Login button, but nothing happened. Enable your Web browser to accept cookies from OfficeMate.net.

I forgot my password, and I no longer have access to the e-mail account displayed on the confirmation page. Contact our Front Desk team to update your e-mail address. Call our Front Desk team at 800.942.5353, option 5, or e-mail frontdesk@officemate.net.
My staff did not get their own Usernames or Passwords. Everyone in your practice will use the same Username and Password.

Freely distribute (and even write down) the Username and Password for your staff and keep them current on the Password if you decide to change it.

You want your staff to be able to access this information so they can perform their jobs efficiently. This online access allows providers and staff to access training videos, documentation, the knowledge base, and software updates.
I can't access the Knowledge Base. Your Web browser blocked the Knowledge Base from opening in a new window.
