OfficeMate Suite Renewals
The OfficeMate Software Solutions Annual Software Maintenance Agreement (ASMA) is a mandatory, non-refundable agreement that all clients must maintain each year by paying an annual fee for each OfficeMate Suite licensed software product. The ASMA includes an annual renewal of your OfficeMate/Report WRITER/ExamWRITER license, all software upgrades, 24x7x365 access to online iTrain training and demonstration videos, and toll-free help desk services for OfficeMate Suite products.
